Scarborough Park and Ride

Scarborough Park and Ride is back from 12 April.
It’s the easy way to get into Scarborough, avoiding the hassle of finding a parking space or sitting in traffic.
Buses will run from the Filey Road site every day.  The Seamer Road site is temporarily out of use, but should return later in the season.

Travelling safely

Travelling safely is easy if you follow some simple, common-sense advice:

  • Plan your journey before you set off, and aim to travel at quiet times.
  • Wash or sanitise your hands before and after you travel.  We have hand sanitiser dispensers on all buses.
  • Pay by contactless or use an app ticket, if you can.  Our contactless limit is now increased to £45.
  • Wear a face covering throughout the journey.
  • If you have any coronavirus symptoms, however mild, stay at home and don’t travel.

We’ve got more advice on travelling safely on our website, including guides for school children and people returning to work.

Roadworks roundup

Roos/Withernsea: the main road between Withernsea and Thirtlebridge is closed, so Service 129 diverts via Hull Road and Rectory Road into Roos, then returning to Sand Le Mere.
Bridlington: Brett Street is closed for gas works, so Service 4 can’t serve Old Town.
Cottingham: Burton Road will be closed on 13 April, Services 80 & 104 divert via Southwood Road.
