NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE NOVEMBER 2020 (ORDINARY) MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL

Parish Councillors are cordially invited to a meeting of the above-named Parish which will be held on Tuesday, 12th January 2021 and which commences at 7.00 p.m.

In light of ongoing guidance from local government authorities / bodies with regard to Coronavirus, the above meeting will be held remotely and managed by Zoom – Any members of the public wishing to join the meeting should contact the Clerk for directions on how to do this

PLEASE NOTE TO FACILITATE MINUTE TAKING, THIS MEETING WILL BE RECORDED. THE RECORDING HOWEVER WILL BE DELETED AT THE POINT THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED BY THE CHAIR

  2. Approval of Previous Month’s Minutes and Signing by Chair
  3. Any declarations of interests relevant to the meeting’s Agenda
  4. Financial Report and Accounts (subject to receipt of Bank Statement in time)

East Riding Council Notice of Temporary Road Closure

ERYC have advised the Parish Council of the following temporary Road closure for Bellasize Lane, Gilberdyke
during the following period:
Thursday 17th December 2020 and Monday 21st December 2020

The road closure is necessary to enable the BT poling works to be carried out in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of the public. The Order is valid for 18 months, but it is anticipated that the works will be completed within 5 days.

Notice of the December 2020 (ordinary) Parish Meeting for Gilberdyke

The next Parish Meeting for Gilberdyke will be held on Tuesday, 8th December commencing at 7pm.  The meeting will be held remotely using Zoom.  Anyone can join the meeting to simply just watch what happens or even raise any issues they want Parish Cllrs to take into consideration.

Vacancy for a Street Cleaner

Do you want to help keep our village clean, tidy and safe to live, work and play in and take pride in being part of this?

The Parish Council is looking for a dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to fill a vacancy for a part time (16 hours per week) street cleaner.

Working in the village, duties include:

  • maintaining a designated area to a high standard of cleanliness, taking personal responsibility and ownership of Zones in the village.
  • adhering to all Parish Council Health and Safety policies and procedures.

The successful applicant must have a reasonable level of fitness as the role is entirely manual.

All equipment and PPE are provided and the Parish Council pays a competitive wage in return.
