Gilberdyke Parish Councillors are local people who are dedicated to improving the lives of those who live in their community. Councillors make decisions on behalf of all of the people in the parish.
The Parish Council is the first level of government and is the closest to the community we serve. Naturally, we want Gilberdyke Parish Council to be the first place you go with ideas on how to improve our area, or concerns about issues within the parish.
As Parish Councillors we will aim to provide help, offer guidance and deliver support. We use our positions to influence decisions further up the democratic process for the benefit of the people we serve.
Seeing our community improve, as a result of decisions we have made or helped to make, is something that we strive to achieve. We want everyone to be proud of Gilberdyke.
