The next meeting of the Jubilee Pond Working Group will take place between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Tuesday 22 August 2023, in the Conference Room of Gilberdyke War Memorial Hall.
All resident of Gilberdyke parish are welcome to attend.
The agenda is currently:
- Chair – updates (actions from last meeting, wishing well installation & plaque/sign, info re bug houses, purchasing water testing kits, poster distribution, businesses and organisations approached for support, painting/treating fence council or us, any update on aeration pump?)
- The island types, info and costings (John)
- Decision re island
- Ideas of where meetings can be held whilst still nicer weather? (hopefully). Return to meeting room in autumn/winter TBC
- Date/place of next meeting
