New process for Jubilee Pond fishing permits

At their December 2023 meeting, Gilberdyke Parish Council agreed new rules for the issue of fishing permits and new conditions for fishing at Jubilee Pond, Gilberdyke.

The purpose of the new rules and conditions is to ensure the long term future of fishing at Jubilee Pond by managing the number of permit holders, supporting those learning the sport and delivering continued improvements to the site.

The main change is the introduction of annual renewal for permits. This will help the Parish Council to understand the numbers fishing at Jubilee Pond and ensure compliance with data protection principles.
