The Jubilee Pond Working Group, which is a working group of (and reporting to) the Parish Council, will hold its annual meeting on Wednesday 24 April 2024 in the Conference Room at Gilberdyke War Memorial Hall, from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
The annual meeting will elect a Chair for the year ahead from those present at the meeting. This will be the first item of business and the person elected will assume the role immediately.
The meeting must be attended by at least five people registered on the Electoral Register for Gilberdyke parish in order to proceed.
